Sodaq_SoftSerial uses util/delay_basic.h but where to find it?

I need to use a hardware solution for adding a new serial access on my Explorer board.

The standard softwareserial.h can’t be used for this. I tried Sodaq_SoftSerial from Sodaq GitHub account :

Problem: this library depends on an other and don’t tell where to find it.

Does anybody knows where to find util/delay_basics.h and it’s library used by Sodaq ?

Hi @pprem,

Software Serial isn’t available on the board who use a SAMD microcontroller.

The list of available hardware serials can be found here:

Thanks for your answer Jan, but my problem is I need an other serial port because I have two components using serial as data transport. The D0/D1 pins is not enough.

I use a serial CAN Bus because the CAN Bus shield works with SPI and you have no SPI connectors on the Explorer card.

Hi @pprem,

The Explorer has SPI, I have added the pin numbers and pin definitions to the list here:

Bad news for me, but I’ll find a way to connect what I need.

Best regards
