Sodaq EXPLORER and CAYENNE

I’ve encountered a problem registering the Sodaq Explorer on the Cayenne platform. I followed all the tuturials, entered the Device EUI, but can’t receive any data. Can you help to solve this problem?

What is your setup with regards to a gateway? Are you able see what data arrives on the gateway?
