NB IoT Brazil - Cant recognize SIM Card (Help Please)

Hi To all,

Can someone help me with the SODAQ SARA N211 shield ? It is not recognizing the SIM card of a regular cellphone of Brazil.
I am using it connect to Arduino Leonard and I am doing the upload normaly. I using the software “AT Comander test” without any problem.
When I send the following commands the response are:

Hi,

In the Netherlands we get from out network providers new NB-IoT simcards.
Here the regular sim cards also do not work.

Get in contact with your network operator about the coverage of NB-IoT in brazil and what simcards you can use.
