AllThingsTalk in Germany

I have a quick question concerning the ATT platform.
Once NB-IoT is commercially available in Germany by another operator (Vodafone or O2), can I connect the SODAQ shield to the ATT platform directly? because now the only option I see is by entering the activation code for T-mobile SIM cards.
In other words, is the SODAQ shield + ATT platform combination exclusive to T-mobile customers?

Thanks in advance,
Best Regards.

As far as I have learned this, as long as the SIM card is not tied to a specific server that is made available by the telco providers, You can use any platform of your choosing such as ATT or your own server.

If I draw the example from what DTAG has done since last year, their NB-IoT Access with Cloud of Things SIM card is the type of service that’d lock your connection specifically to the server that they have.
