I have uploaded pass thru sketch from github (https://github.com/SodaqMoja/Sodaq_nbIOT/tree/master/examples/nbIOT_serial_passthrough). and tried to do AT commands for T-Mobile from (http://support.sodaq.com/sodaq-one/sodaq-sara-r410m/). All were successful and commands were "OK".
After i tried to upload pass thru sketch from this (//support.sodaq.com/sodaq-one/sodaq-sara-r410m/), then it stopped & not responded for even simple AT commands.
So again i uploaded pass thru sketch from github, which gave successful results (//github.com/SodaqMoja/Sodaq_nbIOT/tree/master/examples/nbIOT_serial_passthrough). Now only first 2 secs of powerup if i given AT commands. Its responds. then it stopped responding.

I am going to investigate this issue.
Kind regards,Jan
@Naresh_kumar
Can you please share the board and module version with me.Can you also share the AT sequence you do?
@Jan I use SARA AFF R410M, version 02b-00.
Firmware version returns AT+CGMR => L0.0.00.00.05.06 [Feb 03 2018 13:00:41]
I have uploaded video of my uploading sketch and my AT commands sequence in following video in vimeo.
This happens with my board too: SARA Rev2 with SARA-R410M (02B-00). After firmware flash or after reset it works for a few seconds (up to 15 seconds at most). I just send 'AT' every second, and it stops responding with OK after some time.
Let me know if there's anything I need to test.
Hi everyone,
It seems that a software upgrade will fix the issue.How to see: http://support.sodaq.com/sodaq-one/sodaq-sara-r410m/#firmware_r4xx_updateFor the latest firmware send an email to ublox.
I can confirm the new firmware update indeed solves this issue. Thanks Jan!
Hi,What is the fw version that solved this issue?Thanks
@monalisan
On this page I have written down the stable firmware versions.https://support.sodaq.com/sodaq-one/firmware-upgrade/
It is recommended you have a version on this page or newer!
Best regards,Jan
Thanks Jan!I have the L0.0.00.00.05.06,A.02.00 version on my SARA R4 board. My problem is that without the SIM card inserted, AT commands can be sent "for ever". But if I start it with the SIM card inserted it is only responding for a few seconds after restart. Should I upgrade?Best Regards
Hi @monalisan ! I'm having the same issue. Any news on that?
Hello, I've got the same problem with my R410M, but only with T-Mobile sim cards. Vodafone and KPN work fine. Anyone who found a solution?
Hi,For me the problem was solved , by handling the PWR pin correct at boot Se the issue:
Best Regards
Hi, I tried the solution but didn't work. I changed to a different board and with the same SIM card I now can communicate even when the SIM card is inserted. Nevertheless I will try to make the previous board work. I will post any finings.
Cheers!
