SFF 412M New Connection

I have been using my SFF-R412M module for connecting to NB-IOT Hologram network provider for the past several months and everything works great. I recently decided to change to ChoiceIOT provider, which means I have to move to LTE-M rather than NB-IOT.

My defines for connecting to Hologram:
#define CURRENT_APN “hologram”
#define CURRENT_OPERATOR AUTOMATIC_OPERATOR
#define CURRENT_URAT SODAQ_R4X_LTEM_URAT
#define CURRENT_MNO_PROFILE MNOProfiles::T_MOBILE_US

I tried the following for the ChoiceIOT network but can not connect:
#define CURRENT_APN “iot.tmowholesale”
#define CURRENT_OPERATOR AUTOMATIC_OPERATOR
#define CURRENT_URAT SODAQ_R4X_LTEM_URAT
#define CURRENT_MNO_PROFILE MNOProfiles::T_MOBILE_US

What other changes might be required to connect to their LTE-M network?

Hi @steve_vick,

I have seen different behaviour in the past with the NB-IoT and AUTOMATIC_OPERATOR
For roaming it’s highly recommended to leave it at AUTOMATIC_OPERATOR.
However not always the sims are correctly configured and you wont be able to get a connection with the AUTOMATIC_OPERATOR.
Can you try the operator code? I believe for T-Mobile US it should be 310260

Please let me know your results.

Best regards,
Jan
