Sara R412M sketch upload fails

I have two Sodaq Sara R412M boards. Everything worked fine for some time. Now when I try to upload a new sketch, I’ll get a message “An error occurred while uploading the sketch”.
Arduino IDE finds a board and I can read board info but upload fails. Both boards work the same way. Could you help me what to do to solve the problem?

Hi @hasmala,

You can put the boards manually in bootloader mode.
Connect your device to your pc and double press the reset button.
