We have purchased 2 of sara-aff-r410m with vodafone connection (https://shop.sodaq.com/sara-aff-r410m-vodafone.html) and registered the device in vodafone's allthingstalk backend.
However, when we power up the device, we do not see any data in the backend nor the device status.
May I know what firmware and version is pre-loaded to the boards and whether it uploads the data to the backend?
Also can we find out the device status based on the LED?
The devices are with our business development guys and they do not know much technical and unable to debug. So, I am wondering if we can know the device status based on the LED.
