Hi!
I recently received my order of 8 Sara SFF R410M boards. However, 5 out of 8 of them are unable to make a connection to the NB-IoT network. I have tried to change antennas with the ones working but there is no difference. I have also switched sim-cards between working boards and those not being able to connect and there is still no difference. All antennas and all sim-cards work on the 3 “good” boards and none work with the “bad” boards. All boards were ordered and delivered at the same time an all have, according to your support page, the latest firmware (L0.0.00.00.05.08,A.02.04).
